Dear friends,
Another year is about to finish. It has been full of activities for the AfroSAFE team. What comes to mind are the fruitful meetings with traffic safety professionals in Tanzania, Ghana and Zambia, several scientific papers and reports, publications, and the launch of the AfroSAFE Academy.
We are looking forward to the next year 2024. There is still much work to do to make African roads and streets safer. In the pipeline, we have several mini-projects to demonstrate Safe System principles in action, educational courses and webinars with very knowledgeable speakers and, not the least, the 1st AfroSAFE conference in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
On behalf of the entire team, I wish you happy holidays, and look forward to meeting you again in 2024!
